Florida residents who move to a new home may do so not because of personal preference but because of some sort of life change, such as a new job, an addition to the family or a new marriage. They understand the importance of having both male and female Realtors working with the couple. They know what to do when one partner has a restraining order against the other. They may arrange separate showings for each side of a divided property.
